“The resort was beautiful, well set out, well maintained and clean. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though it was after the official check in time. We did get a welcome lei and drink of lemon juice which was nice but I was surprised the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t the only guests impacted. Great hospitality, beautiful location and scenery, and the Superior Ocean View Villa is a sanctuary. “Fia-Fia” show night every Wednesday is where you are treated to delicious Samoan cuisine and buffet, as well as traditional Fa’a Samoa culture, dance and song, including the exciting “Siva Afi” fire knife dance. “Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with.
