Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.”

“We loved the proximity to the ocean and the lake. The bowling club was great as well. Loved the house and outdoor fire pit. Was a bit cold in main lounge could do with another heater during winter. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again it was beautiful.”

The cottage has a great outdoor covered deck which provided ample space for our family and friends to mingle. The property is very centrally located which was also handy.”

“The house is amazing - historic and yet feels like home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The breakfast items and little touches were very welcome, including having a Christmas tree to decorate with family. Pool was very welcome given the warm weather. Would stay again.”

“The house is in a lovely location between the beach and river. the house itself has a lot of character, nice big back yard and deck. Its a shame we couldn’t use the fireplace inside, the house was older and smaller then it looked in the photos but we still had a nice time staying there.”
