“How can expedia change me $139 with taxes which is 215,000 naira for a room of 35,000 naira which is approximately $23 per night and still get a very poor service from the hotel, I see this as a scam between the hotel and expedia and my client demands for a refund.”

“I am very disappointed with the experience. Whilst the hotel and vicinity were very comfortable and spacious we had paid for a booking for our mother to stay online through Expedia and received a payment receipt but then upon checking in a young lady who was the present hotel concierge insisted that the room was not paid for and insisted that my mother paid and so we have doubly paid for the reservation and are not getting any response from the supervisor as to how the funds my mother paid be...
