“Overall, the property and location were perfect. I have a large family and this space was great for us. We visit Lexington, Kentucky often and will likely make this our go to space. There is only one thing that we would like to see done differently. There is a 180 cleaning charge but the space was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not bring our dog this time but there was quite a bit of animal hair on the furniture and floors.”

Worst experience in Lexington

" I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Lexington Elwood Hotel & Suites, which I booked through your website from January 7th to January 9th, 2025 After a long journey that began at 3:00 am, I arrived at the hotel looking forward to taking a relaxing bath in the tub. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the area around the soap dish to be in a state of poor cleanliness, with visible mold present. I reported this issue to the front desk staff the following day and requested that the bathroom be cleaned. Unfortunately, upon returning to my room, I found that the issue had not been addressed. Given the subpar cleanliness and service I experienced during my stay, I would like to request a compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. I would appreciate it if this compensation could be credited to my (link unavailable) account through the app, in the form of a voucher or credit towards a future booking. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and service from a hotel, especially one that I booked through your website. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take necessary steps to ensure that the hotel maintains a higher standard of cleanliness. Please respond to this email] and let me know the actions you will take to address this issue."
