Perfect Getaway!
So thankful for the opportunity to rent this little condo for a week. The view is outstanding, and there is direct access to a gorgeous beach. Because it is north facing you enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Bed is comfortable, condo has everything you need for a great week. Great restaurants within walking distance. Carpet and furnishings are showing a little wear, but it did not stop us from having an excellent week at the beach. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us!

I said, “woah!” as soon as I opened the door and saw the ocean. It had everything we needed, but the biggest draw is definitely that view. Unlike some places where you have to crane your neck to see the ocean, this is full ocean view.

Amazing Condo!
We absolutely loved this place! The location was amazing, the condo was amazing, the view was amazing. The only thing to be aware of is when the tide comes in, there is no beach. (That isn’t the properties fault though!) So close to Huckapoos and the shops that you could walk there. Parking lot is close enough to the beach that you don’t need to lug all your chairs, toys, and such to the room. Just grab them on the way to the beach! This place will be the first we check for availability when we come back to Tybee.

Thank goodness for the fantastic view
The place itself is very run down. Needs a lot of interior work. There is plenty of cooking utensils but no pots or pans to utilize. The furniture and rugs are run down and in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise, the view off the deck was amazing. It made our week.

Our review of the property
The property was clean, very quiet, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the amenities available were really awesome! The bed was very comfortable , however, the room it was in was so small that you could just barely slide in between the wall and the bed. The TV was cool but I could never seem to get the Roku to work. The communication from the home office was 2nd to none. Their instructions they provided were both clear and concise. The only thing that we wished was available at the property was an elevator. It was hard on my wife's back to climb the stairs. All in all, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend the property to our friends and family. Tbank you

The condo was clean and has an amazing view and location. The only thing I would complain about would be the AC. It got up to 87 in the condo. Great communication, and they let us stay at another condo while it got fixed. Definitely frustrating to not stay where we booked the entire time, but thankful to have another place.

Lovely view!
This location was wonderful. We could walk out to the beach in less than 5 minutes. It was never crowded. We often watched the dolphins from the deck. The unit was VERY clean. We would have appreciated a broom to sweep with but that's not a big deal. The only problem that we would identify was, on our deck, cigarette and marijuana smoke from neighboring decks and we don't think there is much that can be done about that. We kept the door closed and went inside when it got bad. I would say that was the only thing to take into consideration when booking this unit.

A) 2 Urine stains ( 1 big & 1 small) found on extra blanket . Gross B) TV cord not plugged into cable box. Spend unnecessary amount of ime trying to get HDMI1 going before discovering this! 3) Management kind enough to provide $50 refund due to stain in blanket. Hopefully housekeeping will be held accountable. Everything else was good and rating much higher.

Great little place right on the water
The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were very communicative and easy to reach for any questions or issues. Best of all was the location. It was right on the water with easy beach access and views of the ships coming and going from Savannah Harbor. Just a short drive to downtown Savannah and the historic harbor. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Location. Right on the beach. Wonderful view of ocean from balcony. Convenient location to restaurants and stores. Quiet. Communication very good and check in good. Cleanliness is good, except rugs. Everything you need is there. Cons: Terrible bed. Uncomfortable, no support, sags in middle, hot, sheets like sailcloth and loose. Property is run down.

Excellent location
Excellent location, the weather was not nice when we were there but the unit was as advertised. The only downside to the unit was the third floor and the stairs. However it was nice for being on the deck and watching the ships come in, and the difference in low tide and high tide.
