Great location and layout
Nice 2 bed 2 bath situated on the south side of Tybee. Close to beach, bike path, and restaurants. Split floor plan, plenty of enclosed parking. Rental brokers very responsive on requests for early check in and late checkout in slow season.

Great place close to everything!
The place was great. Quite spacious. I love the covered area for a car! Everything was within walking distance, except for Publix about a 20 minute drive away (on the way in). I'll definitely consider this place when I come back.

Loved it!
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and as described; walking distance to the beach and restaurants and the little shops in Tybee. We loved swinging on the porch swing on the covered porch, the front porch was great as well. We would stay again!

Little cottage
Property was nice. The beds were very high. I'm 5ft and I brought my 86 year old mother. I could not get her in the bed with out the worry of her falling. There was no coach only a love seat so I it was a rough three nights. The pool is off premises and is shared with all there properties. They only have 2 parking spaces so I had to pay for parking each day to go to the pool. That cost me a extra $51 to park.the pool was very crowded.

Lovely accommodations
This was our 3rd trip to Tybee and the perfect place for us! Short walk to the pier, beaches and anywhere on South Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in/check-out instructions were clear. Place was spotless upon arrival and comfortable for our needs.

The location was perfect but alot of construction with water main breaks creating excess noise during the entire stay. Plumbing fixtures could be updated in both bathrooms. Not aware that two flights of stairs were necessary to enter house. Difficult for senior citizens over 65 yrs of age.

Great Family Get Away
We arrived on a Wednesday easy place to find. It was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was within walking distance. The lower level was a great place to store and get things ready to go for the next day. The kids enjoyed playing down there out of the sun. We are looking forward to coming back next year hopefully to the same Little Beach Cottage.

Adorable Cottage With Tons of Southern Charm
The cottage was clean, spacious and located in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. It had two wonderful screened in porches to hang out in, kitchen had all the amenities, wash/dryer and the decor was so welcoming. This is what you think of when you think of a southern island cottage!

Excellent location on South Beach!
My husband and I booked this getaway for his birthday. We loved everything about this house/cottage (well, maybe not the stairs but you can't get away from that!) The pictures online are what you find upon arrival. You are in walking distance to many restaurants and definitely the beach. Because my husband is 73 and somewhat handicapped we opted to drive and park at the beach. You have to pay for parking nearly everywhere so be prepared for $8.00 a pop since I could not find a way to only pay for an hour. They say it is $4 per hour but it starts at $8 and no way to decrease the hour. We had only one issue. We couldn't connect to the wi-fi with the user name and password. I called and someone tried to help me by offering to put in a ticket but opted not to have someone come in while we were gone. We enjoyed all the restaurants we went to, Stingrays, Bubba Gumbo's to the north, Sea Wolfe, and AJ's Dockside. Oh, and Sunrise Grille for breakfast one morning. We walked there on our way home from watching the sunrise on morning. We visited the lighthouse and enjoyed shopping some boutiques and souvenir shops. And of course the beach! Our Alabama beaches are "fluffy" white sand, but we actually loved Tybee Island beach for the flat and hard sand for us older people. Let me say that the last week of October was the most perfect time to visit. No crowds and the weather could not have been better!

Cottage was nice good location but could use some attention to some details, bath and kitchen faucets could stand to be replaced, could use some new skillets in kitchen. Rental company was very responsive to needs.

NIGHTMARE VACATION
At 1 of the priciest weekly rates charged for 2023, this house was a huge disaster! There were no instructions as how to actually get into the home, and once inside - the home was a balmy 75 degrees and infested with 50+ mosquitos. We found out 2 days later that 7 (most of the windows) in the cottage had been left open an inch1/2 by the previous renters and so unlocked. Shockingly, no windows had screens! Only when we lost 2 days of sleep from unbearable humidity/bugs did we find them open, and 3 birdbaths of H2O and mosquitos outside. We were left in a very unsafe situation physically as (a break-in), and the fact that we got 20+ mosquito bites each We are severely allergic and asthmatic, resulting in infections on our bodies from our necks to our ankles. We spent the majority of our days driving 25 minutes one way to the nearest town clinic to get healthcare/medicines resulting in over 100+ extra dollars cost. We were also not allowed to enjoy the pool, the beach, the boat rides or anything that could threaten the infections. We were in itching pain day/night for 9 days, and having to buy an epi-pen were told to go to the hospital if necessary. In addition,the couch in the house was broken down and filthy dirty, as were the footstools. We had to put towels (which were scarce) on top to keep our legs clean. The beds were too high + cheaply covered they sunk down like marshmallows, and my comforter had a blood stain on it. We also had to clean filthy bathroom drawers.
