Needed a place near hospital
Spacious, clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Nice, fenced yard as well. We were visiting a family member at St Luke’s Hospital. The location was PERFECT. Several dining, shopping options close by. No complaints. Great stay.

Clean and convenient!
The house was spacious and clean. It was especially nice to have access to the garage as we could just pull in with our car roof cargo storage with all our gears. The host was communicative. Great place for a family! The neighborhood was quiet.

Great place to stay for soccer tournament!
Our family was staying at the house for a soccer tournament. The soccer complex is a one mile walk or a short drive. The host is very responsive.

Showers not working
We rented this house as a stopping point on a long road trip. The water in the showers was not working. I emailed the owner/manager who responded saying 'you need to pull the handle'. As if we hadn't tried the obvious. The spout was already pulled lose from the wall and I was not about to try and muscle the water on. I asked for a refund seeing that we couldn't bath before we left and was met with silence.

Beautiful home
We had a great nights rest after driving all day. Because the homeowner asked - there was a only a very sticky spot on the dining room floor. My only Complaint is that we had to check out 3 hours before a wedding that was 6 minutes away. I asked repeatedly for concession on check out time because we’re traveling so far and barely at the house for 12 hours but the owner kept telling what time check out was instead of saying she would understand our plight. We’d love to stay there again but probably won’t be in the area. It was a great time.

The person who rents the house he is liar rips of insurance for damages that we din't do
He enters the house whenever he wants he is not responding to calls or messages for 5 to 6 hours it's not pleasant place to stay when you don't have your privacy.

Convenient & Quiet location.
A very conveniently located property, at the end of a quiet street. Perfect place for our stay in Twin Falls, that we used as a base to explore from. Easy to get to any location, and easy to get back to, which we feel is important in areas we are not familiar with. The house was very clean, and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. Any questions were answered promptly by the owner, which was very appreciated. Overall, great place to stay!

Very clean
This was a very clean property that provided everything you need for your stay. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The only thing I would change is that the beds were a little firm for me, but that's a personal preference and not a criticism of the property as a whole.

Beautiful place to stay!
The booking was super easy and was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family reunion and needed extra space. The host was amazing at getting back to us. Checking in was a breeze. I was very pleased with this house is was amazingly clean and cozy. If your looking for a place to stay while your in town for Twin Falls it is minutes from shopping, restaurants and the canyon! we would give this rental 5 stars!!!! And would rent from them again!!!

Clean and comfortable home in a nice family neighborhood. We did have a misunderstanding about needing an extra set of sheets/blankets but host responded immediately and quickly brought us the items we needed. Very happy with this quick response, our host, the home and our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stopover on our road trip
This house is large, comfortable, and clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed 2 days both at the beginning and again at the end of our road trip. It's in a great location, close to Shoshone Falls and Perrine Bridge, and we were able to do a day trip to Craters of the Moon National Monument while we were staying here. Lane is very responsive by text and we had no issues during our stays. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and clean
Well-maintained. It feels spacious and comfortable. Lane was very responsive when we had difficulty with the the lock box getting in. Stayed over a night on each of a road trip and were very pleased both times.

roomy clean and comfortable
We stayed one night on each end of a road trip. The property manager, Lane, never posted the access information to our trip page so I had to call and text to get it as we got close. The code he gave me for the computer key pad didn't work so we couldn't get in, but he figured out a work around and we gained access on the first night. Unfortunately the scenario repeated on our return trip, but Lane was nearby and got us in quickly, which is when we realized he'd neglected to give us the entire code sequence or it wouldn't have been a problem. That said we enjoyed our stay both nights, felt comfortable. We slept in the King bed the first night but found it a bit soft and used the Queen beds our second night, and like Goldilocks, they were perfect for us. This house is spacious and would be excellent for two couples traveling together.
