Great place in Tunica
The house is great. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Lots of ceiling fans which is a huge plus for me (we love moving air). The area is really quiet too, except for a few wandering dogs. But you can’t hear them at all from inside the house. Kathy is a great host and super quick to reply to anything you need.

Surprise Birthday Soiree
We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and was thoroughly cleaned and fresh. Our host is very pleasant, easy to contact if needed and just got that "good ole" southern hospitality. We arrived to a delicious cake in a beautiful cake plate. We would definitely stay again. It's also a great area for fishing and we did get a chance to enjoy the lake. Great stay and the beds are very very comfortable.

Perfect!
We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as it is advertised. The hostess was eager to hear from us and was super helpful if we had questions or concerns. Everything was super clean. Definitely recommend!

King Biscuit Festival
This is not the actual property we stayed in. We stayed in the property directly across the street. The property managers were wonderful, and the property had everything you could think of. There was also a Bar and grill not far from this property with great food and atmosphere. This was a great place for a getaway.

Perfect stay in the Delta
Kathy is the perfect host! When I got to house I made comments that’s actually nicer than the pictures. Kathy helped with everything and if we’re back down that way, I’ll be sure to use her house again.

Very clean anything you need Kathy will help. communication is excellent are workers are away from home a lot and anything that will help them feel at home we like to do for them and Kathy made them feel at home.

Fantastic!!
This property was perfect! Just minutes away from Tunica and the casinos. Tunica Lake within walking distance. And the local restaurant within 5 minutes if you want to eat out. This property is missing nothing for your getaway.

Awesome!
Great place to stay! Kathy was an awesome host. The only downside to the place is there is no phone service inside the house or any wifi. However if u can live without that then this is the place for u!

Comfortable and cozy
Me and my family wanted somewhere to stay that wasn’t a hotel but a house for the weekend in tunica. We wanted to gamble a bit and relax(more). Well this place was perfect. It was very clean and stocked properly. Every room in the house was comfortable with plenty of space, and of course we had a ping pong table which everyone in my family loves. Don’t expect internet because it’s so deep in the country. I have to say thank you to Kathy. She was an absolute gem, very hospitable, very nice with a great sense of humor. Just a wonderful person. Thank you so much, me and my family loved your place and we’ll definitely be back.
