A very nice stay
Patrice, our host, was very easy to contact, friendly, and responsive. The entry and departure instructions were clear, and the location was convenient for access to our favorite Green Valley activities. We also appreciated the basket of snacks and bottle of wine welcoming us! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Big Sky Country !
This property is very clean and roomy and comfortable and quiet, and the location is very convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room is comfortable, and there are lovely views of a valley in the back. You hear javelinas and coyotes in the night and deer walk right up to the patio. Lovely walking through the adjacent subdivision and on the Canoa Hills Trails. Favourite restaurants are Coyote Grill and Manuel’s. Favourite destinations are Mount Lemon, Patagonia, Tubac, Whitewater Draw, Bisbee, Chiricahua Mountains. Enjoy the beautiful blue open skies of Arizona! !

Nice, but a few hiccups
While the space met our needs, I feel it neccessary to share a couple of items: The master bedroom door doesn't stay shut on its own, had to use a towel all week, the dryer is tumbling, but doesn't dry clothes, and there was no cable TV (local stations, or channels to watch NCAA basketball the whole week we were there, which was really disappointing. I ended up having to subscribe to YouTube TV just to watch the games! The wine and snacks left by the owner were nice, but these other items made the trip more challenging.

Fun in the desert
As advertised, the home was exactly what we hoped for and the managers more than accommodating with the few petty problems that arose. The house was comfortable and easy to negotiate, the appointments appropriate. We have nothing but good memories or our Green Valley home away from home and its friendly and helpful hosts.

2 bedrooms apartment, beds were comfortable enough, efficient heater, 12 cup coffee maker, use remote mike to find TV channels (otherwise hard to locate), some additional cleaning needed. Nice location: easy drive to missile museum, Madera Canyon, Tubac and Tumacacori. Nearby Safeway store.

Wonderful home and getaway!
The home is very clean and nicely furnished with great openness and private rear porch. Large bedrooms and baths with comfortable mattress and nice towels. Fully stocked kitchen even had coffee and sugar, etc. I definitely want to stay here the next time I come back to Green Valley!

Nice Surprise in the Desert - Quaint
Just visiting the area for a couple days, the location of the home is perfect, peaceful, pleasant and not too far from entertainment, shopping. The home is very warming and beautiful.

We love this vaca rental and have booked it twice! Unfortunately, GV recently had a hailstorm resulting in a leak in the ceiling which the Owner is working to address. We look forward to booking again in the future!

Roomy and comfortable
The unit was pleasantly large and comfortable. The bedrooms each have a lot of extra space so the family could spread out and relax without being on top of each other. The only slight negative was the clothes dryer, which took forever to dry even small loads. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice
We stayed four nights, it was pretty perfect for four of us. The house is very nice, basic amenities. Good location in Green Valley. There is covered parking, which is so nice, however the spots are tight and having 2 vehicles was a little much for the complex of houses. AC worked great, wish we had had time to enjoy the rec center. We would love to come back!

Lovely place but...
The rental is lovely, but the floors had not been cleaned. Sand and dirt on the floors ment the first thing we did was find a vacuum and clean up. The baths had been cleaned nicely. The location is very nice.

Nice property!
This is a nice unit—the rooms are spacious, the patio is open and private, and there are many good dog walking options nearby. In addition, Mike is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely return next time we’re in the area.

I have a high bar for cleanliness, the floors needed to be swept. Some items in kitchen were not to my standard. I bought muffin tins for kitchen, since we stayed a month. The owner was nice but considering what we paid for a month - it should have been stellar. The point is Clean is important!!
