Fantastic location, wonderful Tucson flavor
Kevin's place reflects a love of Tucson's special culture which makes it a truly special stay. This is a homey and beautiful place with gorgeous design and all the amenities -- including bar, game room, two comfortable bedrooms and an expansive back yard/garden with fire pit where you can spend your relaxing evenings. Kevin is a great host, always available, and makes the check in easy. Better: he has stocked the kitchen and fridges (two!) with goodies and drinks, incl a wide selection of teas, coffees, beer and drinks. You've got everything you need here for a memorable stay. We've travelled all over, and we'd count this as one of the best hosts and best stays ever. Highly recommended.

First timer
This was my first time staying at a Vrbo rental or any thing like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Wow…Kevin hit it out of the ballpark! The place was so nice & every detail was thought of. The beds were comfortable & the place was spotless. It really felt like home away from home

T-Town - Tohono O’odham House
It’s an amazing little place that reminds me of my home back in San Jose. We loved the old Tucson/mid-century/cozy/southwesty-but-not-too-overdone aesthetic sprinkled throughout. The backyard, the game-room, the cleanliness, very easy to communicate with the host, conveniently located, peaceful neighborhood... Absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future,

Great historic house for UofA football weekends
We enjoyed back-to-back weekends at this house recently. It's a great location to UofA, very clean, has a nice welcome amenity, plenty of supplies and a very nice fully stocked beverage refrigerator. We appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality!

Great stay in Tuscon!
My family and I had a great stay in Tucson at Kevin’s property! The house was homey and the perfect walking distance to a friend’s wedding. Also in a great central location in Tuscon in general. Kevin was super responsive and accommodated our early check in with our one year old after a long day of travel! Definitely recommend!

Desert Retreat
Excellent property with all of the amenities! Great centralized location near all of our planned (and unplanned) activities. Nice outdoor (backyard) setting perfect for hot drinks in the morning and cold drinks in the evening. Firm mattresses that provided a good night's sleep. The host was very responsive and made certain we were well taken care of prior to arrival. An absolute recommendation to anyone staying in Tucson.

Perfect Getaway!
When we were moving in our college freshman to U of A, we wanted a little more space than a hotel room to unwind. This property could not have been more perfect for our brief stay. It was very close to U of A, easy to find, close to shopping centers and restaurants, etc. Every amenity has been thoughtfully laid out including eggs and toast for your morning breakfast! Amazing. We will definitely be telling our family about this getaway!

Comfy and homey
It is a wonderful little house that is well taken care of. The enclosed backyard is a treasure. My son and I watched hummingbirds and hawks each morning and evening. We played on the foosball table, so fun. There a bunch of games to play as well. Close to everything.

Above expectations
We visited Tucson for my daughter’s graduation. The house was conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Campus. The restaurants around the area were great and the house is located in a lovely street. The host Kevin, is extremely communicative and responds immediately. The house has more amenities than listed, including a hairdryer, games and a vanity mirror. The house itself is spotless, and beautifully furnished. The backyard is huge and I sat out each morning with my coffee under the shade of his tree. Would highly recommend

Tohono O’Odham was the perfect place to spend our vacation. Everything about it was special. The house was spotless. The location was quiet. It was near everything. The appliances were up to date. Really liked the yard and the location.

Was a great stay!
The owner sent me a welcome message before visiting which made me feel very welcomed! We really liked the decor, yard, convenient plug ins by the bed, light over the bed, kitchen, great coffee, fun foosball table, record player, bar area, cleanliness, location to college, restaurant suggestions. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Eggs in the fridge! Automatic garbage that opened when you walked towards it! Comfy beds. Closet has a lot of hooks. Fire pit. Set up for corn tortillas with recipe on kitchen wall and there were ingredients for tortillas and tortilla press(didn’t have time to try but the idea was great! The host was responsive to questions.

Great location, 5 star host
Lovely quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Comfy house. Great central location. Kevin was very proactive with sending us all the info we needed in advance and responded quickly when we had a question. Well stocked home with everything we needed. We only regret not having a chance to use the fire pit or fix homemade tortillas.

Didn't want to leave!
This house couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. We extended our lengthy camping fun in the general area, and it was great to have a peaceful sticks-and-bricks home base for a week or so. The home has every imaginable accessory, cooking gadget, and refreshment, with a contemporary full kitchen. It was spotless, warm and welcoming, including the relaxing landscaped back yard with firepit, plenty of wood, grill and comfy chairs. We even had evening entertainment thanks to a gang of javalinas checking out the neighborhood! The owner responded promptly in a friendly manner to a few questions and provided clear and helpful info in advance of check-in. We would definitely stay here again!

Even more charming in person than in the photos!
A cozy adobe with a beautiful backyard, located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. The house was clean and thoughtfully stocked. We had great communication with the very helpful owner. We rented the house together with a friend, and the long hallway between the two bedrooms provided privacy for all of us. We hope to return!

Perfect cozy getaway
We really enjoyed this rental. It had everything you need in a vacation rental and was well thought out. Location was perfect, centrally located in town making it easy to get around. We're planning to stay here again next year.
