“Well laid out room for two couples . Decor very nice . Kitchen was well stocked .. new everything all towels etc throughout clean and organized ! Stocked with many spices and coffees teas and creams and a variety of sweeteners. Bathrooms were all well stocked with sundries special makeup washcloths for makeup removal. Cant think of a better place to say .. close to the shops and restaurants and sights. etc 0wer very available if you had questions or needs .. One word .. WOW ! ”

“We totally enjoyed our stay. The house is bright, clean, nicely furnished, and has everything you need. I’m on crutches after foot surgery and was grateful that the master bathroom had a handicap friendly shower. We especially enjoyed sitting in the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas watching the birds. The open spaces behind and across from the house make this a primo location yet close to Green Valley shopping. ”

“My getaway revolved around the home, needed a change of scenery to work, and I visit the area often. The furnishings are all high-end and comfortable. Appliances are LG, beautiful dishes & cookware (& tons), spices, utensils, w/d. Pool towels & toys, outdoor seating areas upstairs & down. The study has a comfy couch & TV. The bedding & linens - very nice. From the townhome, you can walk along the Santa Cruz River, to the village, as well as state-national parks, 7-8 miles. The home & its...

“House was well appointed and spacious. A bit dated with some doorframe issues and very close to other houses. Comfortable and walking distance to town. ”

“the complex was good we had an old outdated rental. short on needed utensils, we bought skillet, and kitchen utensils. furnished with estate/garage furniture. The bare light bulb was the bathroom lighting, and the exhaust fan didn't work. Only one key in the lock box and the lock on the door knob was disabled, only the dead bolt worked. this particular rental I would not recommend to anyone.”
