“Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...

“It was kinda hard to sleep in the room I was in. I don't know this noise was coming from the wall or the room next to mine.”

“Very nice hotel. Lots of character. Restaurant and bar close a little early and service was slow but really a beautiful place. Not much outside the hotel. Homeless guy panhandled us in the parking lot.”

“The property is a unique retreat right on the lake with a private boat dock available for our rental. It was perfect for our needs. We had a glorious time, even making smores over an outdoor fire. The property owner/manager went above and beyond to communicate with us. We did not lack for any information and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would certainly recommend this quiet property to enjoy the beautiful Watauga Lake and area. ”
