“A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!”

“We stayed at this lovely property for two nights while visiting our son at ETSU. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs and propane fireplace on the back porch. It was wonderful to sit out there in the mornings with our coffee. It rained a bit during our visit, so we didn’t get to make use of the fire pit. “The house was great, many small details thought through so much that we were pleasantly surprised daily. Very kid-friendly, great pool size, beautiful property and view. It was perfect for our large family group to come together after a day’s exploration. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Even the small things like flash lights, tissues and shampoos, which are often missing, were provided. We did have a short power outage and the flashlights came in handy. Thanks for the comfortable stay. ”

“Property was as described. Beautiful area not far from Bristol. We attended NASCAR night races and it was very convenient from race track. Visited downtown Bristol each day to explore food and activities. Close to Bristol caverns which kids enjoyed. Would love to come back to area and explore more. ”
