“The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!”

“I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.”

“I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. “This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me...

“We needed an overflow place during a family stay. We had our grandkids staying with us and this was the perfect place. Very secluded with a lovely garden and a swing set. The house was very well furnished very clean very modern. It was very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anybody else!”
