“My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. “The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. ”

The fire pit was lighter-ready and making s’mores was just like I remember as a kid! We would definitely rebook and would recommend a stay here for a private and relaxing experience. “We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! “The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. “We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! We grilled steaks, but did pop into Cafe 136 down the road for breakfast. We also had an app and drink at Canyon Grill before our steak dinner back at the tiny home. I think this tiny home is the most private of three on this property. All look amazing though and I’d return to stay in any of them! Such a fun experience! ”
