“Because this property uses the same system for the 2 units the owner controls the heating and cooling system. We were in the lower apartment and were freezing cold. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. “This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance! ”

“Everything was as described and well managed. The host was very responsive and any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils etc. The hot tub was a wonderful source of relaxation and entertainment.
