TEMPORADA DE VERANO El campo de golf Schuss Mountain es parte del complejo Shanty Creek Resort. Hay un total de cuatro cursos dentro de la propiedad. La casa club del curso está al otro lado del estacionamiento del alquiler. La piscina cubierta, la sauna y la bañera de hidromasaje están a un minuto a pie del alquiler. TEMPORADA DE INVIERNO Schuss Mountain ofrece 46 carreras y estamos ubicados a los pies del telesilla azul. Verdaderamente un esquí y esquí de alojamiento. Alquiler de equipos está disponible para tablas y esquís. Lecciones para cada habilidad de principiante a avanzar están disponibles diariamente. Extreme Tubing está disponible en Cider River y un autobús de enlace le llevará al sitio. Great location and room, thin walls
Great location and the room was clean and beds comfortable. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the walls are thin and it was noisy. Our neighbor was a snorer and we could hear him all night. The walkway outside is wood and we could hear the footfalls of anyone walking by.

Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything neighbors said. Very dated rooms. Pillows hard but beds comfortable. Outside bench full of cobwebs. Did appreciate the Keurig being stocked. Air conditioning very noisy.

Vacation review
This property is old, but our room was very nice. Both me and my friend are older and would have liked an elevator. Also we were told there was a shuttle we could use but then were told we could not use it. Overall we had a good time. Would we stay again. Probably not.

Just what we needed to be in the area to attend a wedding on Torch Lake! Nice to have a Keurig to start the day and a fridge to keep our drinks cold! Beds were comfortable and we slept great!

Great location slope side!
This is a great location for skiers. We were steps from the blue lift and Ivan’s. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the mini fridge and coffee. Thanks for the stay!

Conference at Shanty
I arrived Wed and stayed by myself through Friday when my husband joined me for the weekend. The place was nice. It had what I needed. If I had to list cons it would be that the tub could've been cleaner, and when I got there Friday the front of the building that housed the room, near the lodge and fountain area, there was a big dumpster loaded with construction trash and with the construction trash out and around the dumpster as well with a man over on the other side in a chair just chilling, then there was anothe guy in another chair over in the corner just chilling, I felt like I just pulled into siesta time at the construction site at an abondoned ski lodge.. being a chic, alone, I almost turned my vehicle around and drove home missing the conference because I felt very unsafe. Then I knew I wanted to be at the conference so while cringing and being very cautious I got out of my vehicle and worked my way to the "glass doors" and found the room. Once I walked through the other glass door and saw the stairway with the back lot and there were a few other vehicles back there, and looked a little less abandonded so I felt ok to stay. Though I found myself being very cautious again heading back to the front of the building where my vehicle was parked. I parked in the back and unloaded. When I got back to the room that evening I had my pocket knife readied for my safety back to the room by myself but thankfully the lot was loaded with vehicles and boats and folks so I felt much more safe. There was an a/c window unit that looked as though it had been just tossed under the stairway. My a/c unit wouldn't click on any cooler in the middle of the night. I woke up sweating and went over and dialed it to coldest... it wouldn't click on. It was miserable until I decided to open the windows, it was way cooler outside than in and that helped. That happened every night. The beds were comfortable, the tv worked well, the fridge held my foods and kept my ice blocks icey cold for my trip home. There was plenty of room and hooks for my items and clothing needed for my conference experience. I anticipate that before the building construction and once the construction is finished this is a fine place overall. Thank you for our stay. I did enjoy my stay, it was comfortable and it was clean, the tub was clean enough for me to feel ok enough to hop in and use the shower but I like my travel stay tubs to be immaculate.. or I immediately think "fungus".

Cute and cozy!
This condo was a great spot for my family for our race weekend. The location was perfect; in between lifts and restaurant! The keypad entry made it so easy to come and go without worrying about a key. The property manager was also accommodating and let us check out a bit later!! Would definitely recommend!

This room was perfect for a weekend ski getaway. We were grateful for the freezer in the mini-fridge, the Kuerig and coffee pods, and the fact that there were hooks everywhere. We also had the pool (a few short steps away) almost to ourselves on Sunday night. If you’re looking for a low-key stay with unbeatable location, this is it.

This room was never actually cleaned. There were coffee rings on the bedside table, dried up food spills on the dining table, food stuck on the soft bed top blanket, the microwave had crumbs and splattered food inside, the fridge also had crumbs and hairs in it, there were a couple inches of water left in the fill container of the Keurig machine along with black mold growing inside. The toilet seat had black mold on the under side and black mold inside the toilet itself. Hairs on the bedding so we’re not sure if it was ever actually changed although the beds had been made, but the most obvious part of all was when I took a shower there was the body wash and shampoo in the shower and when I got out I saw a hard dried up used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. I messaged the person that originally messaged me and told me that the room was ready for us and I could check in early. I didn’t hear back from her until the next day and she told me that she thoroughly cleaned the room and checked it her very self before we got there. I don’t know how that is possible she claims to not know how the room could’ve been so dirty. I took photos of everything and will be posting a review. She offered to credit me the cleaning fee (almost laughable) I’m sorry…but I paid a lot to stay there for two nights in a dirty room with no response from her until an hour before check out . I sure hate to see anybody else rent there and put up with a dirty room and pay all that money and then be lied to that the room was clean.

Fantastic getaway!
The owner is fantastic! She went out of her way to urge us to buy ski lift tickets in advance because the hill was half capacity. Had she not reached out, we would not have bought tickets early and would not have been able to ski. Lift tickets were sold out when we arrived. She saved us by reaching out to us! Also, our room was ready early so she again reached out to give us the freedom to check in early if we wanted. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with her. Also, the location was fantastic - close to the hill, close to Ivan’s and plenty of parking. We would come back for sure!
