Perfect location
It was perfect for our weekend trip. We liked the location because it was quiet and on the beach. Downtown Traverse City is a few miles away which is easy to get to. There’s a coffee shop and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. Nice clean place to stay. Thx!

Home away from home
We give our stay at this property a 5 star rating. From all of the amenities inside to the balcony/beach view outside, we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations! We will return and thinking about bringing the rest of the family too.

Excellent stay and accommodations
Me and my partner’s stay here was amazing and exactly as advertised. The beach was right outside of the unit we stayed in and there were various restaurants nearby as well for our convenience, as well as a meijer’s down the street for any groceries we needed. Check in and check out was smooth as detailed instructions were provided to assist with the process. We will definitely come back when the opportunity arises

Super clean, great updates
We’ve stayed at the beach condos for the last 5+ years during iceman weekend. We find it to be the perfect spot for all our needs and can’t beat the water view! Thanks for a home away from home!

Nothing but beach
3 friends had a great time! The condo is perfect in every way. Clean, comfy and quiet. Amenities on property were nice as well but you can beat the beach! Definitely stay again.

Roofing and minor issues
This was our first weekend away as parents and we were excited to spend the weekend catching up on sleep and enjoying the town. Unknown to us, the entire facility was having their roof redone. We constantly kept hearing the banging above us starting early in the morning (on a Saturday) and debris and trash was everywhere. I understand roofing needs to be done, but that needs to be addressed to guests before hand. Our shower leaked, wifi was down, and dishwasher was flooded. It is in a nice spot with great views of the lake, but our experience was not great. We ended up leaving a night early.

Nice view, aging interior, and good set up
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and tidy but showed it’s age. Excellent view of the bay was a great way to spend time away during Covid. Easy to enjoy a take out meal indoors. Good location close to town and main highways.

Great Place on the beach
This is a Immaculate condo and attached complex. Has a huge masters sweet, jacuzzi tub which easily fits 2 people. Gorgeous view of the lake and it has its own private beach area. The complex has a pool and hot tub- we didn’t use either the hot tub had a yellowish color to the water which I wasn’t sure if it was the chemicals or what was going on. The only downside to this place is that the pullout bed was sooooo uncomfortable the springs were practically poking out. It was terrible but we otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Great location and decor.
Property is in a great location, boat jet ski rental next door. For the most part the property was clean, found a couple spots that were missed, luckily I brought Lysol wipes. The condo is beautifully decorated. If I had some criticism is that it needs some deferred maintenance. The bathroom sink and shower enclosure is dated and worn. Some of the tiles are Cracked and about 1/3 of the patio door blinds are missing, which defeats being able to block out early morning sun for those sleeping in the living room. We did enjoy our stay.

Great view and location.
We stayed in July 2020. Location was as expected with great views... however renters should beware that the local boat/jet ski rental company anchors their water crafts right in beach area. Customers from the rental company are also frequently sitting on property owned beach chairs. I sent several messages to property manager with no response. Although check-in was smooth and front desk staff helpful. The unit itself was slightly dirty—- sandy floor (on 2nd story) was discouraging. Lifting flooring in kitchen, and the jacuzzi tub let out a grey filmy mess. With a few updates this property could be 5/5.

Not a bad stay
The property was in a perfect location, very quiet, and my condo was cozy. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of room and fixtures broken. There large amount of dust inside my room that caused my allergies to flare up.
