The property was nice from what we could tell and as described. However, the issue was at 11:30pm on New Year's Eve when going to bed, the sleeper sofa was pulled out and it had hair, chips and a toy in it. Since the bed was filthy we were not sure how well the rest of the condo was cleaned so we left. When the MGMT co was alerted of the issue the morning of the following day, including pictures, they were apologetic but didn't offer a refund and instead offered 20% of a subsequent stay. Would you stay another time when the bed was disgusting? Still waiting on VRBO response that was supposed to come in 24 hrs and it has now been 11 days since they were contacted.
