“I give this 4 stars and not 5 for only a single reason. The description is missing two key points of info. 1. This is a basement for rent and not a full house. People do live just up the stairs. 2. There is not a kitchen if you’re thinking of cooking. Only a mini fridge and a microwave with a small sink. That worked for me for my trip, but was unexpected when we arrived and could have been a planning issue. The owner was responsive and a great guy. Would recommend genuinely for a quiet stay. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this sweet place in the woods. Everything we needed and more was provided. The cabin was very clean with cool outdoor spaces. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the outdoors, but we were busy with a wedding at Table Rock. We did enjoy a fire in the fire pit that was already put together, and our dogs really enjoyed running the property. Our host was extremely responsive and we would definitely stay at this property again! ”

“Great place!!! The house is warm and welcoming, has great gathering space and the bedrooms, and the beds are very, very nice. It is well and fully stocked with the basics, and made it very easy for us to have a big breakfast in. We loved all of the colorful artwork, it added to the ambience. “We traveled to visit from friends in Etowah just after Hurricane Helene. The host were in communication with me about conditions and we were so happy things were pretty”back to normal” by the time we arrived 10 days after the area was hit hard. He even put us in touch with somebody who could supply our friends with with wood. We had a great stay! Also the location was close to the charming town of Brevard.”

Had no problems whatsoever also communication was great before and during stay with host. Would go again if traveling to the area.”

“This is our 3rd time staying there and the place is centrally located and clean and comfortable. The bath wasn’t draining in 2G and we had this problem on our first stay . There was a noisy guest on the room above us who was very upset and made a lot of noise for hours ( from 4am on ). It was impossible to sleep because it was so loud. Other guests also commented on this on the elevator when we were leaving. Because there is no attendant on duty overnight, there was no one available to attempt...
