“This house was perfect fo Me and my wife and one other couple. We also had 4 kids with us 2 12 yr olds, and 2 9 year olds. This house was perfect for us. We were in town for a soccer tournament. So after a long day of soccer the kids come Come in and play on the pool table, ping pong and Air hockey. All the amenities were great, the beds were comfortable sure beats a hotel. Especially when kids can have fun and the parents can relax I would highly recommend this house! ”

“Everything was done very well and appointed and well-stocked. I noticed little bonus things like Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Prepped and set up really great. The little things that maybe need to change are: the refrigerator downstairs does not close. I could see the light on all the time. The door hits the wood to the left. Also, these dang feral cats meowed the entire time and we worried they might jump in the door of the house. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup.
