“Die Anlage Esperanza Villas ist ein Traum Super gepflegt und alles ist im Neu zustand es fehlt nichts was man für einen Traum Urlaub braucht. Der Service vom Betreiber ist 5 von 5 Sternen wert er bemüht sich um alles so das den Gästen an nichts fehlt und wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Dorfzentrum entfernt und die Preise sind am günstigsten von ganz Chalkidiki. Danke für denn schönen Aufenthalt bei Esperanza Villas das war ein erholsammer Traum Urlaub wir kommen wieder....

“Anastasia's house is absolutely gorgeous. From the terrace of the house you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets. The house is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, the rooms are spacious, everything looks exactly as in the pictures. “Lovely, well equipped apartment with amazing views. 5/10 mins walk to the beach, which was really nice as it was very peaceful. Beach to the South of the harbour with cafes and sun beds, beach to the North natural and unspoilt, so something for everyone. The property has nice grounds with pool. “Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dem Haus und im Grunde zufrieden. 2 Sachen muss ich bemängeln. Der Fernseher lief nicht bzw. man konnte keine Programme empfangen. In der Region soll es, gerade im Sommer, häufig zu mehrstündigen Stromausfällen kommen. Leider waren wir an einem Tag auch davon betroffen. In Summe ca. 10 Std. Den Generator hätte man da schon betriebsbereit haben können und nicht erst danach. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden.”

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen....
