“Stayed for one night in late May 2025 in a deluxe japanese room with in room crab kaiseki. Its more a complex than hotel as the area is huge but everything flows smoothly and works harmoniously. The onsen is spectacular and the amenities like shampoo, face wash etc. are all high end. I went the onsen 3 times in the one night and loved every moment of it. The in rooom crab kaiseki was delicious, luxurious and well thought out. There were so many crab dishes like miso crab soup, crab hot pot,...

“離巴士站2分鐘路程，差不多到門口已有工作人員開定門等你，房間大，自助晚餐同早餐很不錯，溫泉有2層，每層都有三个室內和三個室外池，仲有滑梯呀，如果再來會選擇再住”

“温泉はすこぶる良かった。 平日宿泊だったので温泉が貸切状態だった事もありチャックアウトまでに6回も入浴した。 ”

“部屋の露天風呂が最高でしたが、周囲のビルから見えるかも、と気になりました。タオルはふんだんに用意されていて、とても良かったです。お布団をひいて下さる時に、最低限のゴミを片付けて頂けたら良かったなと思います。支配人と思われる方およびフロントの男性スタッフが素晴らしかったです。感じの良いスタッフがたくさんおられました。食事も良かったです。”

“The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel.”

“Check-in was a little odd using a machine, but there was an employee who helped us. The nearby lake was beautiful, although we didn't have the clearest view from our room. The free sake was fun in the lobby. Breakfast was also tasty. The Japanese-style mattress (futon) could have used a bit more padding.”

“It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous...
