“外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。 周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。”

“Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures”

“What a wonderful place to stay, the staff are super friendly and are very helpful, the view from our room was superb, the easy of ski in and out was awesome with the ace quad just metre down a green run, no need to walk up to the lifts, then up the ace gondola to the other lifts. The apartment amenities were first rate, room sounds proof so it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend the maples ”

“View from the room and the distance to skii lift is fantastic. Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. “We stayed at the WE Toya as our home base for a Rusutsu ski trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super.
