Lovely Christmas Visiting my Family on Lake Hartwell
The Bungalow was perfect for visiting my family on Lake Hartwell but also close to Anderson, Clemson, and the surrounding areas. The Bungalow itself was beautifully decorated and had such peaceful water views. The hosts thought of everything to provide as if someone was living there. My two grandchildren visited me for two days and overnights and were in heaven as we even decorated for Christmas. I will definitely be back. The hosts provided detail information and even though my daughter lives within two miles, she loved reading about restaurants and things to do in the area that she did not know about. Thanks!

I go to townville three or four times a year to visit daughter and grandbabe. Usually try to stay at a new place each time, There this place was very comfortable and very convenient and I will be staying again.

Cute Lake Cabin
Husband and I visited daughter at Clemson and stayed at this cabin. Very clean with perfect lake access ( too bad we didn’t have a boat). Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor shower! Coffee bar included!

Home away from Home
We planned a relaxing vacation to visit with our daughter who is a Junior at Clemson University. Location was perfect for that as well other amenities such as groceries, restaurants and shopping. Our stay was clean, organized and right on the water of Lake Hartwell. The neighborhood is safe with friendly neighbors. Brian and Victoria did an excellent job of communicating through evey step of the check in and check out process. We feel that the Budding Bungalow is now our “ Home away from Home “ and we hope to revisit soon! Sincerely, Brett and Merideth

Great little hideaway
Family of 5 stayed there for a weekend for the Rock the Country music festival. House is cute and fun and clean. On the water with its own dock it’s great for swimming or boating. Super time would stay there again. The owners were great communicators.

Great place. Smelled clean when we first entered. Great communication with hosts. Good location. Really appreciated the covered dock with fenders installed so we could tie up the boat easily and charge it with the long cable they provide. Nice cove with nice neighbors.

Great step off at the lake
Very lovely time at the lake. Hosts were very thoughtful. House was very easy. Beds great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking which we love. Spent 4-5 hours a day swimming and floating off the dock in deep water. Very quiet cove. Friendly neighbors. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again. We were looking for and found a great step off from our busy lives.

Cute and convenient.
The hosts are fantastic and very detailed oriented when communicating from beginning to end! Super convenient to get on the water by using the slip. The house is cute and everything is labeled so it’s easy to navigate. Neighbors are friendly too! The walkway/driveway is a tad steep but nothing that would make me give less than five stars. Thank you!!

A fantastic Memorial day weekend
The Budding Bungalo was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with our little family. Lots of living space to spread out and the kitchen was perfectly stocked to cook up some quick meals in between boat rides. We will definitely be back!

Great place!
The house is newly updated and very comfortable. We were there for my son’s graduation from Clemson, which was only a 25 minute drive. We got in so late the night before and were relieved that they had a nice coffee set up for the morning. Our host was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. We enjoyed coffee on the dock to start the day. Although not there for a vacation we thought it would be a nice place to get away to. The house made our graduation weekend easy! And I love the way they decorate! Very minimal and cozy at the same time!

Cute Lake House
Nice quite little place to stay. House was clean inside. The master bed sagged on one side due to a poor bedframe. Only one kitchen hand towel, one hand towel for each bathroom. No short glasses for cocktails. kayaks were too dirty to use and I didn't want to take the time to clean them. I'd still go back again.

Great Spring Break
Me and my family had a great time at this property. The weather was great during our time there. We were able to spend a lot of time on the dock and on the water. Had great time in the home as well where everything was perfect. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Weekend Get-away
This was a long weekend celebration for my husband’s birthday & we had a great time! Budding bungalow is so beautiful & comfortable. Its location in a peaceful quiet cove makes it the perfect place to relax & enjoy the water. And it’s an easy drive to surrounding towns & restaurants including lakeside grills. We’re certain others will enjoy the property as much as we did ❤️

We loved our stay!
We enjoyed our time at this lovely home on Lake Hartwell. We kayaked, fished, and rented a pontoon boat for the week. The kids loved being down on the dock and quiet waters. The home fit our needs perfectly and our hosts were always available for questions or assistance. It was such a relaxing week and we look forward to returning again.

Clemson Family Weekend
It was a perfect weekend staying on the Lake 27 minutes away from the campus of Clemson University. We were able to fish, cook and spend time together with family. The Bungalow is freshly remodeled and super clean. It has everything and everything is uniquely labeled, that little touch made the stay a pleasant experience. Thank you Brian and Victoria for allowing us to visit, we certainly hope to come back soon.
