“The house was a nice cozy house overall. The kitchen was updated with new appliances. Beds were comfortable. Couldn’t spend time on the patio in the evening because the lights didn’t work. Would’ve like to have a fire pit to use. The basement was cold. There was no dock so we couldn’t hang out by the lake and there were to many leaves on the property that should’ve been blown away from the house. ”

“Very quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. Enjoyed the private doc. The screened in back porch was wonderful. Has everything you need for your stay. ”

“My Husband, 2 dogs and I stayed at the cottage over the Christmas Break and had a great time! The cottage was clean, cute and cozy! The owners had it beautifully decorated for Christmas which made our stay special. The location was conveniently located in the countryside but also close enough to the highway for my husband and I to visit family in Anderson and Greenville. The dogs loved the fenced in yard, watching the chickens and baby cows. ”

“The house is adorable, very clean and the location is easy to get to from Clemson University. There are many dining and shopping options near by. Highly recommend if you are coming to the Clemson area. ”

“The house was just as described. Right on the river, well-appointed, clean and cozy. Loved the furnishings and lamp lighting inside and the porch life outside. Strong WiFi and smart tv was a plus, and it’s about 10 minutes from an Ingles. Would definitely recommend! ”

“Stayed here for our son’s winter graduation from Clemson - the hosts are awesome! It’s a super location - about 10 minutes from Little John Colosseum where the ceremony was (and about 3 minute drive from Sunny Side cafe - great breakfast!). The cottage was the cutest tiny house and decorated to the hilt in such a fun Clemson way - couldn’t help but smile every time we came in! Highly recommend. ”

“We stayed here while visiting my daughter at Clemson. Everything from check-in to check-out was easy and management responded quickly when I asked to extend our stay. The location is close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. ”
