“We’ve been enjoying our stays at Tipton Cabins for years. Love that this cabin is secluded, clean, comfy, and surrounded by nature. Had all we needed for the kitchen. Plenty of linens for bathroom, bedroom & snuggling in the living room. Easy to drive to Cades Cove, Dollywood and many other areas. “Great place to stay, bed was super comfortable. Lots of room and used the hot tub every night. Great view of the river and lots of critters to admire. parking is longer than other cabins away but sidewalk is in good condition. One note you have to drive down a private drive on gravel to get to the cabins, we were a little cautious with all the signs posted at the entrance. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Smoky Mountains. It is in a calm and quiet area, but still close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views on all sides of the house are amazing. The deck area is nice and we really enjoyed the closed in porch with the fire pit. Three very nice bedrooms and plenty of space to gather. We also took advantage of the nice and easy to use sound system. Things could not have been better. And the owner, Loni, was very nice and very responsive. ...

“I loved that this cabin was not in the middle of nowhere and secluded enough for solitude but not isolated from civilization. The property was clean and well stocked with just about anything needed to enjoy your stay. Only thing I wish is that there was a dummy guide to using the fireplace because we didn’t have a clue how to get it started. Definitely would stay again!”

“We had a wonderful time at this place. It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space and was very tastefully decorated. We loved being so close to the stream and there were even binoculars which we could use to look out at the birds. The place was quite private with 2 separate porches looking out over the stream. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to returning.”

“This property was beautiful and well suited for our large group! We really enjoyed the views from the balcony, the fire pit area, and the hot tub outside as well. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it was well outfitted. There were a few minor inconveniences or items not working properly but nothing overly concerning or can’t be fixed. We love Townsend and the surrounding area and will plan to be back soon. ”

Does need some updates which you can tell hasn't been done in quite some time personally I'm okay with how everything turned out I just know how some people are and these things could use some attention and updating.
