Lake front escape - una casa tranquila frente al lago con fácil acceso a la playa

Una casa bien equipada de 3 dormitorios con 2 baños, una terraza acristalada y un amplio jardín con vistas al lago Erie. Hay fácil acceso a la playa principal a solo 1 minuto a pie. Esta casa es un excelente lugar para escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio de un tranquilo fin de semana. El área circundante tiene mucho para entretenerte, incluyendo bodegas, campos de golf, senderos para bicicletas y sin olvidar la playa y el lago.
La planta baja de la casa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, sala de estar, baño y una terraza acristalada espaciosa y luminosa. Arriba hay un dormitorio principal con vistas al lago y otras dos habitaciones dobles y un segundo baño. Todas las habitaciones tienen camas queen y ventiladores de techo. Además de las 3 camas queen, el sofá de las escaleras se abre para hacer una cama doble.
El amplio jardín le ofrece vistas ininterrumpidas del lago.

Girls Getaway Weekend
This was the second time (3rd for one of us) staying at this property. The house offered a lot of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The proximity to wineries, stores and good food was perfect. The view from the back yard was beautiful. It was a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Perfect!
This is the second time we have stayed in Monique’s cottage. It is absolutely perfect for our family. Water park and play structure for the children, wineries, road side stands and restaurants for the adults and a beautiful beach nearby. We spent many evenings sitting lakefront enjoying the view and the breeze. The cottage is well equipped providing us with everything we needed.

North Lake Erie getaway
7 of us comfortably fit in this home on a beautiful lakefront property. Beach was a <5 minute walk. Wineries close by. The place was well equipped. The only suggestions would be to add more spices besides salt and pepper, and offer some shampoo/conditioner. Would definitely book again!

No beach access, other tenants on property (disruptive and rude)
Listing is completely fraudulent. "Easy beach access" includes a 3 foot drop off of a rusty step ladder onto wet slippery rocks. Completely unsafe and unusable. Luckily, there is a beach nearby so the entire trip wasn't ruined. House was messy and covered in bugs. We had to clean before we could even any of the outdoor furniture or kitchen. Host also didn't inform is until after we had passed our refundable date that there would be other tenants on the property. These tenants were loud and disruptive and rude. We also parked in the designated parking spots and our car was hit by something and caused major damage to the driver side door. Not sure what the host wanted us to do with the linens. As per her instruction we left all the linens in the laundry basket by the washer and dryer but now I'm getting additional cleaning fees for making them do "extra laundry". Overall a bad experience, save the effort and rent somewhere else.

Colchester Getaway
A perfect summer getaway for my family! Reviews and listings were on target. Everything you would expect to enjoy the comforts of a home. The sun room was perfect to play games and to relax and listen to the sounds of the lake. Location is close to several excellent wineries and brew pubs. Would definitely return.

Very nice cottage stay in excellent location!
The cottage was clean and spacious, with everything we needed such as linens, towels, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with how generously equipped the kitchen was with dishes and equipment! The sun room was our favorite spot with amazing views, and the outdoor seating provided lots of opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Our favorite aspect was the location - a 2 minute walk from a park with a playground and splash pad for the young kids, and access to the beach. So convenient! Also we were very impressed with the communication with the host, she was so prompt on replying and provided all the info beforehand making our stay easier. Overall a great experience!

Lake front escape
The property is an older two-storey house with an excellent location. The interiors are reasonably well maintained and the amenities were quite adequate. However, we felt that there was room for improvement in house-keeping. The lawns too could do with better maintenance.
