I’ve stayed in many villas on this resort, this is the first time via Murcia Vacations.
I picked this one in particular due to the photos, upgraded decor, bathrooms and jacuzzi.
5 TV’s in the property and none have the access to the UK TV channels as advertised in the listing.
Property wasn’t cleaned properly and ready for our arrival. The 50 EUR discount wasn’t enough.
Jacuzzi does have heating but this wasn’t available, bubbles works and jets don’t.
Pool filters had not been cleaned properly and I had to point this out to the cleaner to get it sorted.
Communication from the property management company was poor.
My complaints still haven’t been escalated to the manager and if they have, there has been no contact.
Photos are at least 5 years old and there have been significant changes since and maintenance not kept up.
Only 1 sun lounger by the pool and 1 on the sundeck, wouldn’t have worked if there had been more than 2 of us.
It’s a shame as this could have been the best property on the resort.
I will avoid Murcia Vacations in future in favour of renting villas direct from owners who care about their property.
Murcia Vacations have had plenty of opportunity to properly address my complaints and I feel sorry for the British owners who are not getting the service they deserve.
