Great staff
Great staff ! I arrived just after 09.00 pm and obviously everything was closed after a long travel day. I felt like a glass of wine (thank god I had some snacks in my bag)… some funny fruity and sparkly wine cans at CAD 10 were found in the fridge next to reception… the girl at the reception (her first day) approached the bar and achieved a decent well served glass of wine for me and sweet Helen at the bar even provided me with some great nuts ! This was a great example of how easy it is to touch somebodies heart and that is what this industry is all about !! The room was comfortable but very warm, you can not adjust the thermostate yourself so somebody had to come up but it really did not improve over night… the coffeemaker, always a great amenity, did not light up at brewing and heat only the “on” button lit. I called the reception but at the point you just want coffee and get going. I redid de capsule and water process and magic it worked. Nobody ever came up. Bathroom and amenities comfortable… all in all good experience! I suggested female friendly parking in front of the entrance, It feels uncomfortable if you’re traveling alone with your valuables a suitecase and have to walk around the building and be in a dark parking spot
