“Overall our stay at this property was very enjoyable. It is a beautiful, spacious home. Jan was always very pleasant and responsive. The reason for 4 instead of 5 included that it was known that the washing machine was not working and we were not notified. Fortunately we have handy family members who remedied the problem.
