"Pretty nice and confortable room, but It needs maintenance, some things look old and deteriorated. The service can improve, we had to make our check out and the recepcionist never arrieved, and no one could help us (we just had to leave the key of our room in the reception, because we could miss oir train)."

"It simply wasn’t the best day to stay there. They had a huge problem with their computer system and where unable to check anybody in and to give us our keys so they had to bring each guest up one by one and open the room for them with their master key. Later during the afternoon they were able to give us a key. You could see that they were doing their best to keep the situation calm and at the same time being as efficient as possible. Later that night, the fire alarm went off as well but stopped after less than a minute so nobody reacted. I am sure the poor employees at reception where having a hell of a day and for us as guests it was simply uncomfortable not to be able to check in at first. Anyhow, we still had a great sleep and enjoyed visiting the centre which is right there. Super centric location. "
