I had to call to get the access code for the lock from the start. When we arrived, everything was good except the last night we were there. My wife works from 3pm to 12 and she arrived at the unit at 1am, the lock was dead and she was not able to get inside. She then called me at work which I work 10pm to 6:30 in Orlando stating that she was locked out. I then emailed Sean which took a couple hours to reply and explained what had happen. He stated that to try different things to try to get inside when he replied, by this time I left work at 2am to get back to the unit to try for myself, but was unable to get in. I called my wife to see where she had gone and she went to the river to try and sleep. I met up with her at the river and Sean responded to say he was on his way and that the battery in the lock was dead, he said he was 40 minutes away, he stated to try the front door as he opened the dead bolt remotely, I did give it a try and I finally got in around 5am. I did try to let Sean know that I got in but forgot to hit the send button, (my mistake). This would have been a better review if it was not for the last night, I lost 5 hours of work and had a couple more hours to vacate, as far as staying in this unit again, the last night and no apology was given, so I will not be staying again
