“This is our 2nd time here at this property. Already looking forward to many more!”

“Cozy efficiency with just enough amenities for a pleasant stay. Quiet neighborhood on the Atlantic side with peaceful surroundings. Don’t expect much in terms of luxury, but it more than makes up for it in cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend! ”

“Efficiency unit. Small, clean and homey. Hosts are very responsive. There was a binder with recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful and appreciated. The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again. ”

“Suggest a mattress pad and an extra set of clean sheets for the bed. Ran out of trash bags. Otherwise, well equipped unit. Enjoyable stay. ”

“This was our second year at the property in this unit. We stayed 5 days. The full kitchen and a full sized shower were requirements for us and the unit meet those needs. More sun would have enabled us to enjoy the beach area but you can't control the weather. Nice area to stay even without sun! Good for walking and exercise. ”

“Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!”

“Loved our stay at Key Colony in this new 3 bed, 3 bath home. We enjoyed walking the local area each day and went to sombrero beach. This home has a beautiful view of the pool and inter coastal way. ”

“When we first checked in we had some issues but the property owner made sure to correct the issues. The reason for the four was the chairs at the outdoor table were worn and the fabric was torn and looked like it would cause you to fall through the chair. The upstairs patio was awesome. I would definitely Recommend this rental as they seem very concerned to make things right. ”

“Property is in a wonderful location and tastefully decorated. The stairs are a bit steep for older/very young so be prepared for that. Loved our week here!”

“Overall place is as described. You are close to the ocean but no beach. We heard the fishing is great. Nice little area outside the unit with chairs and table. They also offer a picnic table and gas grill. Nice heated pool on the premises. All the amenities you need. Place was clean and bug free. We read too late that they have chairs and other beach items in a shed nearby. Only negative might be it's a few miles to the grocery stores and restaurants. There is a Bar "SS Shipwreck" across the hwy...
