“We really enjoyed our stay! First impression of property was "Wow!" It wasn't over the top, but everything was clean and looked new, from furniture to decor to amenities. Well thought out. Attractive. The water equipment was really nice to have available. Pool was a nice amenity, with water temperature just right for February. Great walking area. Nice canal or inlet behind the unit. Moorage for your boat, if you have one. Fun to watch the pelicans, if you don't. Nice beach (Coco Plum)...

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal.”

“Check in was a breeze. Communication with the owner was easy and quick response time. Condo was exactly what was pictured. Beautiful views, very peaceful. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the keys. We flew into Miami about 1.5 hr drive also 1.5 to Key West from the condo. Would definitely book again. ”

“Kate was very helpful and communicative. Place is on a canal with a parking lot in the back. She did tell me about the parking lot. Beyond the parking lot is a construction site. It is far enough away, so there wasn't an issue with the sound. Place was nice enough, if basic. Overall a nice stay, but not the peak of delightful.”

“From the first contact with owner to the last was perfect. The place had very nice furnishings and the location overlooking/on the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I use a wheelchair and walker. If you have any accessibility issues this is the place! The toilet doesn’t have rails and you can step into the shower but have to be strong enough to balance and hold onto the wall. Other than that the doorways, the elevator and getting around the condo was easy. Most impressed. ”

“We had a great stay in this beautiful home. We traveled with our three grown children and each of their significant others. Our son-in-low is a charter fishing captain and he brought his small boat for us to use everyday. This home, dock, location and provisions made for the perfect get away. We loved the house and it was perfect for four couples. We are huge eaters and I am a gourmet cook and everything in the kitchen was perfect.
