“Rented for 2 weeks and overall really enjoyed the house. Decent dock for boat and location for ocean was very close. Clubhouse is nice and enjoyed the pool. Short walk to watch the sunset. Property manager was spot on and quick response if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again.”

“Stayed with a group of older guys for fishing. David was very responsive to the few questions we had. Best of all, he delayed the cleaners coming in, so we could leave at our leisure on Saturday which was greatly appreciated. Dock had everything needed, fishing cleaning table; water, even a little float to launch provided kayaks. Kitchen had everything needed. Brand new grill outside. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in various places throughout the house. The only negative was 20+...

“Had a great time. The residence was even roomier than I expected. Very clean and I loved the beachy decor. I spent every morning out on the dock with my coffee and a book (bring a comfy lounge chair tho, the chairs provided are not meant for comfort). Key Colony has so much to offer!! Walking paths, beach, golf, dining. And the Cabana club pool, complete with a bar and snack area was great! I definitely felt safe walking at all times of the day or evening, knowing they had their own police...

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was right in the center of marathon. Close to Publix and all the fast food. Very quick to respond when asked about kayaks being dropped off and hot tub issues. The hot tub would be our only True issue. It was never a good temp. We got there and it was too cold. Unfortunately anytime you need a temp change they have to come out to change for you. Even though they responded quickly I felt bad for continuing to reach out about the same issues. For us it would have...

“The process was seamless. The cottage was very clean, nicely updated and for us, it was a great location. The only problem that I had.....the beds are very high and I'm short, so getting on them was a little tricky for me! LOL Definitely will be back again!”

While the weather didn't cooperate for our boating plans we found that the outside space (pool, hot tub and tiki bar) provided the relaxation and entertainment we were looking for. The area was quiet and we were able to walk to several restaurants nearby. Divina was a great host and did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our stay. We will look into renting with Divina again in the future. ”

“This home is perfect for an active family. We enjoyed meals on the porch deck and evenings on the dock. We snorkeled, we kayaked, we paddle boarded, all right off the dock. This place is a great place for a casual, adventurous family vacation with no need to leave the home to experience all the natural beauty the keys has to offer. ”
