Cute and Convenient
The house was so cute, clean and cozy! We had to leave early in the morning unexpectedly but I would have loved to have had coffee on the porch. The neighborhood so quiet and peaceful. We go to Fort Collins a lot and this location perfect. Hope to come back.

Clean and well appointed
Everything is so clean and colorful, and pantry staples that one might need. Great cooking set up - pans are nice and plentiful. Thermostat is responsive, tv can be angled for table or bed watching. Quiet neighborhood, Chris and Clementine were extremely attentive and responsive. My stay was wonderful!

Great property in an excellent location!
The loft was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and had great natural lighting, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. What we liked best was that we were in a quiet neighborhood in Timnath, with a great cafe and brew pub in walking distance, and yet a short drive of just a few minutes got us to the Interstate and/or everything we needed in Fort Collins. It was an perfect location for day trips to Estes Park, the Poudre Canyon, and Laramie, WY. The hosts lived adjacent to the property and were very helpful. This is an excellent rental choice for the area! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway
Came for a show at Mishawaka. This place is a short drive to Fort Collins to pick up the shuttle. Had a great backyard for our dog and the owners were so welcoming. Has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Within walking distance to Timnath Beerwerks that has great beer! We will definitely be back when we visit Fort Collins again.

This property is perfectly located, just outside Fort Collins and surrounded by peaceful farmlands. It is beautifully decorated and every detail provided for with quality products. The owners were prompt and so friendly with providing information and making us feel right at home. The best stay we have ever experience via VRBO!

The Perfect Stay
This place is truly special we were sad to leave. Clementine and her family are very sweet. My dog and I felt right at home from the moment we pulled up. I appreciated the off street parking and option to do laundry if needed. It is accurate to the listing and then some. Can not say enough great things. Sunrise from the patio area was so beautiful. We enjoyed the fenced yard and quiet/private space. It felt very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We did walk to the near by brewery mentioned in the listing. It’s a nice short walk and the place was great! I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful loft in charming small town Timnath
I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful loft space in Timnath, Colorado and it truly exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning decor and attention to detail that was put into making this space feel like a true home away from home. The loft was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed as a traveler - from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living room area with a large TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like high-quality linens and fluffy towels in the bathroom. What really sets this VRBO apart, however, is its location. Situated in the charming town of Timnath, Colorado, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The surrounding area is full of natural beauty, and I loved taking long walks and exploring the nearby hiking trails. Even walking distance to a brewery and coffee shop/breakfast stop! Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Colorado. The space itself is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
