“This property was located in a nice quite neighborhood. The house is small but was perfect for our family of 5. The house was perfectly clean and a very comfortable place to stay. Also, I had to contact the owners with a couple of questions, and they were very prompt to answer and helpful! ”

“This is in a perfect location for all of the things that we love to do in Albuquerque. Easy walk to Old Town, Sawmill Market, museums and restaurants. A very short drive to the Botanic Gardens and Aquarium, as well as the zoo. The house was comfortable and well equipped. The bunk bed was perfect for the kids. ”

“Open kitchen and dining worked well for entertaining family for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the extra backyard casacitta when infant showed up and needed a quiet baby rooom. Home has hot tub, but we did not have time to take advantage of it. Would recommend this home.”

“Perfect for any kind of burque get away. We were there for a soccer tournament and the set up was perfect and the boys loved the post game soak in the hot tub. ”

“The house was very clean and pretty well stocked. Really cute electric fireplace. Big airy living room with open floor plan to the kitchen. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The neighborhood seemed a bit concerning at first (being just outside of downtown) but turned out to be quite nice and very centrally located. The nearby restaurants were good especially Cocina Azul which was exceptional!”

“Really great rental! Plenty of space, very clean, and well stocked. Located in nice neighborhood and convenient to stores and restaurants. Definitely would rent again.”

“Looks like this house was brand new. They must have done a complete remodel. I've stayed in a lot of vrbo's and I have to say everything is fresh and new. Our family loved the place. The location was close to restaurants. We will def stay here again.”

“Visiting our daughter who is in college in Albuquerque. Made a complete Thanksgiving dinner. Had a wonderful visit. Second time there. Great location, and very pet friendly. These are both features that are important to us. Also plenty of parking for our vehicles. Plan to stay again.”

“This trip was an amazing stay the property was clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable, went above and beyond. The host was very efficient and friendly, communicated the entire time, gave proper instructions for everything i may have needed. I would definitely rent this property again it was my absolute favorite. No complaints loved everything.”

“This was a great place for our family to gather and celebrate our parents' 50th. Very family and group friendly. Plenty of towels and amenities. The laundry area and coffee bar were great. Beautiful patio views. The bunk beds were smaller than twin size, for families planning out bed space.”

“We were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving early along with Paul’s stepdad’s 95th birthday. We could see his apartment building from the large backyard which was perfect for our dogs. We all felt welcome. The house was well equipped and we relaxed and enjoyed every thing. The quiet location was what we needed for rest and sleep. Thanks!”
