“Super cute and cozy cabin in the middle of the woods. Super quiet and private. We enjoyed unplugging and getting outside. We even loved the nature books and local town history books they had. Really enjoyed the kayaks (we were able to get fairly close to a grey heron and a bald eagle) and exploring the property, which is much more expansive than we’d realized with many campsites, a waterfront pavilion (big group here our first night), goats/cattle/horses, and even a tiny cemetery (I thought it was pretty cool). “We got in late amd the desk clerk had a sign out that she was taking a bathroom break, so we waited maybe 10 minutes til she returned and got us our keys (I had done the online check-in so everything else was done). She was friendly, but the wait stunk because it was 12:30 a.m. and we were all tired having driven for 7 hours to get there. The room was relatively clean and comfortable.
