Tolle Aussicht und schöne Wohnung
Die Vorab-Informationen vom Vermieter sind umfangreich und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps - Danke dafür!Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit einem herrlichen Ausblick zum Meer. Die Sauberkeit war gut, aber in der Küche gab es schon Bereiche, die noch klebrige Flecken (bei den Töpfen) hatte und das Geschirr und Besteck hätte sauberer sein können, aber dafür sind eher die Vormieter verantwortlich. Im Backofen waren noch die benutzten Bleche der Vorgänger. Wir hätten gerne eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Spülmaschine gehabt, aber das stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Das Bad ist schön und die Walk-in Dusche praktisch, ein paar Hacken für Handtücher und Bademantel fehlen. Und, dass der Wasserhahn keinen Perlator hat, fanden wir nicht so gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem - wirklich topp und besser als vieles, was wir schon hatten. Es gibt genug Kissen und die Decken sind angenehm. WLAN ist schnell und stabil- prima. Zur Klimaanlage können wir nichts sagen, es war Januar und die Temperaturen bei ca. 20 Grad, also nicht notwendig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung gerne empfehlen.

Perfect Apartment right on the beach
We stayed in this lovely modern apartment in August 24. It has everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. The beach is across the road and you are right in the center of all of the shops and restaurants although you cannot hear the noise from the strip as the complex is set back from the strip. The views from the balcony of the sea and mountains are fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean and half way through our 12 night stay the bedding and towels were changed. There were always beds by the pool, no need to get up early to reserve a bed and the apartment has comfortable cushions to put on the beds. There is air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms, it is pay as you go but not expensive. There are a lot of steps to this apartment so would not really be suitable if you have mobility issues. Will definitely book again. Linda & Will McGee

Fantastic apartment
We had a wonderful stay. The property is very well presented, equipped and situated. It’s at the front but far back enough to not be disturbed. I regularly stay in Lanzarote and this would certainly be a “go to first” apartment for availability. The only thing I’d say is bring some euro coins for the air con. I didn’t have any on my first night and was quite warm!

Excellent apartment, nice complex.
The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need. We liked the balcony and the wonderful view over the ocean. The sun always is at the side where the balcony is. The complex is nice and quite. Great swimming pool albeit cool in winter. The beach is 50 meters away and a big bonus. Check in completely efficient. Communication with owner/manager without problem.

Great location ..
Apartment was in an ideal location not far from the hustle and bustle of the main strip but still very quiet . Apartment had everything needed although a welcome pack or maybe at least of bottle of water would have been handy as we had a late flight in that was also delayed . Getting a sun bed around the pool wasn’t an issue either which makes a nice change . Would certainly consider returning next year .

A lovely villa in PDC
The villa is lovely (as shown in the photos) with gorgeous views from the balcony and pool area which was very quiet and plenty of beds available during our stay. All details for the accommodation were provided in advance of our stay plus a variety of other detailed information related to PDC and the area. The surrounding areas has lots of lovely bars and restaurants to enjoy so the villa is in a great position. We also met Dean (the property manager) during our stay who was very helpful and friendly. We would stay at the villa again when visiting PDC 😊 Paula & Lee

Great holiday
Lovely apartment, very comfortable, convenient location for pool and the 'strip' . Nice view from balcony. More info about the number of steps within the complex and the slope access when arriving with suitcases would have been useful. Fortunately we found it before our departure! Some form of shelf/caddy would have been useful in shower cubicle for shampoo, etc.

HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND MODERN,HAD EVERY THING YOU NEED. WE DID STRUGGLE WITH THE BED PILLOWS AS FAR TO HARD FOR US,BUT THAT COULD BE US. THE OLD TOWN WAS MUCH NICER THAN THE TOWN TO EAT.

Fantastic views and location make this apartment.
Very good. Cleanliness , views, location, bed comfort amenities etc. However, for us it needed a couple of tweaks to make it great. Ventilation or extractor in the bathroom, additional towel rails and a shelf for toiletries in the shower. A coffee table in the lounge for wine glasses and nibbles, instead of having to put them on the floor. Perhaps a couple of reclining chairs on the balcony for additional comfort. Overall really enjoyed though and would recommend.

What a wonderful holiday a beautiful apartment in a brilliant location, the apartment has everything you need, it is spotlessly clean with full T.V, Wifi and beautiful sea views , and right opposite the beach, what more can you ask for. We have been coming to the Island for 25 years and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We will certainly be back.
