“House was ready early for us to check in as soon as we got into town. We loved the location! Close to restaurants and grocery store and only 15 minutes to Sequoia Park entrance, which was our reason for coming. Hot tub was perfect after daily hikes. ”

“I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car.”

“This home suited us perfectly for our short stay in the Sequoias. The hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking. Our daughter loved playing in the pool as well. All the amenities thought of and provided for doing a lot of our own meal preparation, coffee pods and creamer for the morning. Beautiful home and Dusty was great! Thank you!”

“We had a bit of trouble as we entered the property and had to unlock a large chain to drive down the path to the house. So after multiple tries and then waiting to hear back from the host or property manager who was nearby we were able to get in. The problem was that the key code had gotten changed, but the materials sent to us by the host was the old code. The good news was we got in! ”

“We only spent one night and was able to enjoy the grants Grove of the Kings Canyon National park. Concerns that we had: 1. A Beautiful grill was provided, but The propane was empty. The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Due to the fact that there is an unvented gas heater as well as the water heater in side the cabin… Smoke detectors as well as a carbon monoxide detector should be, and pretty sure legally mandatory. This should be given immediate...

“Very clean and comfortable house on the Kaweah River. The house is about 15 minutes the Sequoia Gate. The house was very nice…not a deal breaker but there is no dishwasher. It was just my husband and i but if there is a family that’s quite a bit of dishes to wash. Again, great house. ”

“Super cute cabin to stay in and come home to relax in peace after long days in the park. Some bugs in the cabin and lizards all around it, but you’ll have that in the country! Was a little disappointed, the ponds aren’t as advertised for fishing as they are not maintained and one pond isn’t available unless you rent the specific cabin close to it. Overall we had a blast though and the bed is comfortable. ”

“Great little cabin. Loved hearing the river nearby. Small, but well equipped kitchen. We brought food that we were able to reheat and enjoy in the evening after visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The air conditioner did a nice job keeping the cabin cool, despite temps getting up into the triple digits during our stay. Easy parking just in front of the cabin. ”

“Pros: The cabin was cozy, spacious, and clean, with a large living room. It had one room with two queen beds and another room with two single beds, which was great for our group. The kitchen and dining area were also clean and well-equipped. Cons: There’s no on-site laundry, but there are a few options nearby. The good review & clean laundromat is the Lakeside Market and laundry, about a 30-minute drive away.”
