Upon arrival the driveway was snowed in and had wait following day to have it cleared. I had also made a mistake in the dates I booked which meant I lost the first days booking. I tried calling the property manager multiple times and left multiple messages but no one replied as was the case when the appliances were not working in the apartment. I find that unacceptable.
