This is listed as 6 bedrooms, which I did ask about before arrival and was told it’s 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are divided by a wall; therefore creating 4 spaces. “We were in the area for a funeral so just needed a place to sleep and unwind. Definitely small but served our needs - the driveway is extremely steep. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues I would not recommend this property. Beds are very firm - couch was more comfortable! All in all it worked fine and was lovely to be on the water.”

“This home was wonderful starting with the location in the are and extending to the location on a peninsula on the water. the rooms were more than adequate for the four us. A good gas kitchen and eating area with ample sitting area. including a screened in porch. We felt very secluded. we would rent this home again.”

“Norm and Sue are wonderfull people. So glad we got to talk a little before I went off hiking. Wife and son did some fishing and relaxed in cabin while I hiked and I did same after hiking both days. All in all was a very pleasent stay. I would recommend to all. ”

“We had six adults staying, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, but no potholders. There were plenty of beds to choose from. It was lacking in comfy chairs in the family room (just one couch), and there were no chairs to use on the deck. The biggest complaint was we had to take our garbage with us on checkout or get charged for leaving it. Overall, it was a quiet location and a nice place to stay.”

“A great hostess! Big two-story house on the lake with plenty of room for parking. (Map directions out in advance because cell coverage is weak or nonexistent, but house has wifi.) Colorful fall trees. Easy walking area. Walked to the dam, the campground, the scout camp, etc. Took kayaks out for a quick paddle. Enjoyed watching the herons and eagles on the lake. Master upstairs bed-bath suite is immense, with shower. Second bathroom upstairs is only a tub — no shower. Watch out for odd step...
