“Well equipped trailer with a beautiful view. We did on the whole enjoy staying at the property. It is quite a remote property which was a little nerve wracking at first as our signal was limited but the setting is worth it. Only about 20 mins to St Peters. Our main feedback was just around the compost toilet, whilst eco efficient, it does have a smell and this smell progressively got worse with more use. “L'Ardoise is a beautiful seaside community. We stayed in this house 5 years ago and enjoyed it very much. Last month we returned for a second time to enjoy the privacy, quiet and the amazing views from the deck and the upstairs windows. The house is spacious, well equipped and very easy to find. The property manager is friendly, nearby and easy to reach. We enjoyed our return stay.”

“We arrived at our destination, only to find a very extremely musty house. We could not stand the smell, even after opening all the windows. Our fault, but did not realize there was no television. Found a rusty rack in the freezer. No air conditioning upstairs where we would be sleeping. We would never recommend this property and suffered a huge loss financially.”

The deck is large and has plenty of room to enjoy meals and coffee in the morning with panoramic lake views and passing sail boats.
