“This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay...

“Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (it’s the little things that count) 😉 Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner 😍 We look forward to staying here again!”

“They hadn’t finished cleaning by the time we got there even though we were on the dot when it came to the check in time. The house was a bit run down compared to the pictures and one of toilets wouldn’t flush because the button was pushed in. Other than that the whole stay was fantastic. It was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and overall just.a pleasant place to stay. Would definitely recommend. ”
