The owners are on hand as they live very locally and can arrange laundry if required.
The main Moraira beach is a short walk away with its selection of restaurants and bars. An smart recommended restaurant is within easy walking distance up the road.
This villa is fairly unique for Moriara because of its proximity to the beach, town and port and the fact they can be easily reached by foot as the parking in town is limited in the summer months.
An air conditioning fee is applied, consumption will be paid directly to the owner at the end of the stay, the price is €0.50/kwh. There is a specific electricity meter for air conditioning, the rest of Electricity is included in the price.
