“The property is beautiful! Very open farm style. We saw sheep, horses and a donkey walking and grazing on the property. There were several beautiful gazebos and some were lit up at night. The house was spacious with a large kitchen.we enjoyed both pools. They were cleaned each morning. Lots of fishing! Very friendly staff working the property but we had privacy. I have plans to return in the future. ”

“This is by far one of the coolest little places we’ve ever stayed at. There were so many details that define a treehouse that you will continue to notice throughout the whole stay. “We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. Close to Rockwall which has a nice little Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and Charlie's was a great spot for lunch. Smoke Monkey BBQ is close to the house and delicious.
