“This apartment was perfect for us on our trip to Nashville. It’s beautiful inside with good security. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The only warning is the noise from the bar across the street. You have to use earplugs and white noise to sleep but that does work. I noticed they closed the doors around 10 pm to help keep the noise down. It’s a half block from Broadway so easy to walk everywhere ”

“Great location and nice property. There was miscommunication on the arrival time. The day before I was called and I told the representative that I would be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the code would not work for the door. I called the concierge and they said the unit had not been inspected and would not be available until 2:30pm. They said they would call back, but did not. I also had an issue with the thermostat in the bedroom being locked. It took multiple...
