“Dårlig start ved, at der undskyldes med, at de først har modtaget vores booking dagen før og ikke tilbyder baby seng. Der er heller ingen legeplads, som der står på Hotels.com
Derefter fejl ved servering af frokost.
Derefter myrer på værelset... da vi vågnede om morgenen var der en stor kakerlak på gulvet.
Da vi skulle betale ville de have betaling for den ekstra seng som manageren tilbød fordi de ingen baby seng havde. De endte dog med ikke at kræve betalingen for ekstra seng....

Unico problema l’odore di muffa nel bagno, ma è un odore tipico del lago non ci si può fare nulla

“The interior was super clean. The exterior could do with new paints on some villas. It was very cold during the night though (outside temp down to around 15°). No heating pad, no heater. So make sure you’re properly clothed. ”

“This hotel was the best we stayed in, in Bali. The staff were so accommodating and kind, the property is beautiful with beautiful wood carvings and details everywhere! I will definitely stay here again!

2 sehr nette junge Männer haben uns einen tollen Abend erleben lassen.
Lecker Dinner und ein Feuer gegen die Kälte.
Wir wussten gar nicht, dass es in Bali abends so kalt sein kann.
Die Container bieten Alles was man braucht und wie haben super geschlafen.
Wer mal etwas anderes ausprobieren möchte, ist bei CSS super aufgehoben.

“We stayed two nights in the Primana Zahill Kintamani and we had a beautiful time here. Our positive experience started already with the check-in. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms and also helped us to organize our next days. The hotel has programs like hiking to the Mount Batur or Jeep tours which includes seeing the sunrise. Especially, we liked the free shuttle which picks and drops you off in your desired location. Therefore we could also explore the city a little bit and enjoyed...
