Bella Vista del Mar se encuentra en la "Costa de Oro" de Costa Rica, que se considera que es la mejor zona de Costa Rica para vacacionar. Nuestra casa está en la localidad de Potrero en una comunidad de lujo, cerrada llamada Villas Catalina. Villas Catalina está en Camino Las Catalina, en la calle de dos hermosas playas, Playa Penca y Playa Prieta, ambos votaron a los mejores cinco playas más hermosas de Costa Rica. Nuestra casa está ubicada en un camino rural de dos carriles. Ahora que es un camino pavimentado, puede, a veces, tener un poco de tráfico. La temporada de vacaciones y los meses de invierno son la temporada de mayor actividad.

Nuestro elegante ciudad natal combina amplia sala de estar, la comodidad y el lujo con magníficas vistas de Flamingo y Potrero Bay, Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, y puestas de sol del Pacífico increíbles. Sentado en nuestro wrap-around terraza viendo una hermosa puesta de sol con las olas rompiendo en el fondo hace que el tiempo se detenga. La piscina compartida también tiene una impresionante vista panorámica de la costa.

Nuestros dos pisos ciudad casa ha sido decorada con buen gusto para reflejar la cultura de Costa Rica. Todos nuestros muebles se ha hecho a mano por artesanos de Costa Rica. Cuenta con granito y encimera de mármol tops largo y tiene todas las comodidades para hacer su estancia muy cómoda. Nuestra cocina gourmet ha casi todo lo que sería necesario para cocinar una comida maravillosa.

Nuestra casa tiene tres dormitorios y tres baños. El principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño privado, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño privado y el tercer dormitorio para cuatro personas con dos juegos de literas laterales adultos a medida. También hay un baño completo para esta habitación. Cada habitación tiene una vista al mar parcial de Flamingo Bay.

Bella Vista del Mar está muy cerca de la playa ... Un rápido paseo de tres minutos a dos hermosas playas solitarias.

Un poco más acerca de nuestra casa: Nuestra casa es de dos pisos de pie solo en casa, no un condominio. Al lado de nuestra casa es jardines tropicales que permite una mayor privacidad.

Las Playas: La playa está muy cerca de nuestra casa. Nuestra casa se ubica en una colina con vistas Flamingo Bay. Justo abajo de la colina es el océano. Literalmente, es un 3-5 minutos paseo a dos hermosas playas. Playa Penca es una hermosa playa de arena blanca en Flamingo Bay, que es bastante poco profunda para un largo camino de maravilla para los niños, tomar el sol, descremada de embarque y la natación. Playa Prieta es la misma distancia y tiene un montón de gran sombra y grandes olas para el surf cuerpo. Ambas playas han sido votadas en las primeras cinco más hermosas playas de Costa Rica.

Wonderful stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Catalina. The kitchen was well-equipped, the pool offered stunning views, and the beach was conveniently close - ideal for family outings. Do note, there's some noise from local dogs and traffic, but it didn't overshadow our overall experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach holiday.

Awesome stay in Potrero
We had a wonderful time with the family at the Villa. Walking distance to beaches, hiking trails and market. The sunsets from the pool were incredible. The only downside is the noise from traffic and neighbour dogs (too) early in the morning.

Lovely home close to amazing beaches
We stayed for a month and felt right at home in this well appointed town home. The rooms were large, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you could need. We loved walking to the beaches and spent a lot of time at the pool enjoying the amazing views. The town of Potrero is lovely and within walking distance. We went several times a week to the bakery (El Patio Panaderia) and fruit stand (across from the square). Both were amazing! The only draw back is the busy road in front of the unit with lots of construction vehicles going by. We knew about this when we booked so it wasn't a surprise.

huge home - fantastic stay
Large, modern well-kept townhome. Huge, kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishware that you might need for a self-catering stay. The complex pool is spectacular. A short drive to several nice restaurants. The complex is quiet and safe with friendly 24-hour security. We highly recommend this listing.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica, the house was perfect for our family. We loved how roomy the house was, never feeling crowded and the deck was our favorite hangout spot. We all enjoyed the quick walks to the beach and the pool. We will definitely want to come again. Thank you Jill and Tony for being so kind and helpful. The security guards (Pedro) were so so sweet too .

Potrero is a great place to stay
The property was as advertised. It does need a bit of tlc to freshen the place up. The only irritation was the new construction development in the area. Our balcony was overlooking the road it was quite noisy in the mornings and at night. Other than that it was a great place to spend our time.

Our stay in Jill’s rental was wonderful. The property is exactly as described. Her beautiful home was completely equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Views from the infinity pool were beyond spectacular. Had a couple of minor incidents during our stay but Tony from Krain management took care of things in less than 24hrs. Beaches are close by but so is the road and the traffic is very loud.

Wonderful week!
Enjoyed the clean and spacious home for 10 days with a family of four adults. Enjoyed exploring the many beaches and local restaurants. Did some zip lining and a boat tour of the national park and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. There are A-LOT of steps..fortunately our son was there to help we seniors with the luggage. We would have had trouble on our own.

Great house
We arrived very late after driving from San Jose and the check in process was very easy despite the late hour. The property is very nice and well equipped. There were 5 adults in our party and there was plenty of room. The pool is a bit of a walk but well worth it, the views are amazing. We really enjoyed our time spent hanging out at the pool. The location of the house is great. The 2 beaches that are close to the house are very nice and were not crowded. It is also close to several great restaurants. The binder in the property has great restaurant suggestions. Our children went surfing and horseback riding and Allan (property manager) did an amazing job of booking things for us. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

Great stay in a beautiful area!
We loved this property and the area. Super close to several gorgeous beaches and lots of cute shops/restaurants. The owner and management were easy to communicate with. There were a couple small things that came up and they addressed them very quickly. We loved Potrero and this great home!

Wonderful Experience
This is a townhouse complex built on the side of a steep hill overlooking the ocean. At the top level is a small but wonderful infinity pool. Descending the hill are two rows of townhouses. This townhouse is on the lower row and is assigned only one outside parking space. Tony Gonzales with Karin realty was SO helpful that he made our stay just perfect. The house itself is as described and has a wonderful ocean view. There are many beaches nearby. Tony will help you book any activities you want to try.

Great space and outstanding view
We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the sunsets. The place suited just perfectly! We spent mornings and evening on the deck. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. We loved walking down to the beaches, through the area of local homes. We even ran into one of our tour guides who lived there.

Tropical Paradise
The villa is just as pictured. Well stocked kitchen, everything was very clean! The sunsets are amazing, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded, the infinity pool was incredible especially at sunset time! We loved the area. Most of the restaurants were great. Tony at Krain Property Services was extremely helpful and always responsive. We spent a day in Tamarindo, did a couple tours, horseback riding and zip lining. My absolute favorite was the Catamaran sunset cruise! Unfortunately I got sick while I was there but received great care at the Beach Side Clinic. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful escape!

Amazing stay!
What an amazing house and amenities. The house was spotless and well maintained as well as having a very “nice feel “to it . It had everything we needed and more . If we ever come back to this area in CR , this is where we would stay. The pool was magnificent and the security guards where reliable and very helpful. Especially one of them but we cannot unfortunately remember his name . Tony (from Krain) was there for us when we arrived late which was much appreciated. The town of Potrero is a very nice little town and close to so many beaches. Playa Penca is 5 minutes away and so many more beaches are in that area . 7 days was way too short and we all miss the house , pool and all of it already . Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Stay was not completed. Not handicapped assessable.
Arrived at the property it was not handicapped accessible. My wife was unable to walk up the steps. Property was on top on a hill and steps were steep. Owner indicated that it was in the description. I appreciated that she refunded the fees. Overall review is fair.

Great place to stay near Penca and Prieta
Jill's property is great for short and long stays. The property is fully equipped and has a nice view of the ocean and is located in a gated and very safe condominium. La Penca and Prieta beaches are beautiful and just a short drive away. The property administration was easy to contact and always helpful. I recommend this place!

Great Home Away from Home
Jill's home had everything we needed. It is very comfortable, clean, and in walking distance to the beach! We really appreciated the big kitchen which was very well-stocked! The pool at the top of the property was a great place for a sunset swim, with a great view of the ocean.
